NEC in $260m buy, but big climb ahead to compete in top five

Nec $260 million acquisition of  CSG's IT service business may be one of the biggest  in the sector in recent years, but NEC faces a steep and narrow path to compete in the top five







The company has said it wants to achieve that goal in the next five years, but even after the latest acquisition, it only just scrapes into the top 10 by revenue.
